The frame could use a little extra weight for stability but overall it’s good.
SmartSign: For enhanced stability, 1.5 gallons of water or sand (or a mix) can be added using the sign's ballast holes. With 20 lbs of sand, the frame would then have a total weight of 32 lbs. We would recommend sand over water just to avoid any unwanted leaks or water spills. Hope this helps.
Frame is super sturdy, fairly light weight, and easy to move around. Printed panels were pretty good for the most part. Corrugated plastic with a nice glossy coating, easy to clean/wipe. There was about a 1/16 blank stripe down the left side of each panel (artwork provided was sized properly). Easy fix with a ruler and a sharpie. And a couple of stray ink splatters on some white space. Not a deal-breaker, just a minor quality control issue. Overall we're pleased with the purchase.

Great quality frame and panels. The panels, however can be tricky to get in and out due to lack of space at top. I can barely get them out at the bottom. Using a tool could damage the sign.

I loved them, but had requested slightly rounded corners and holes so we could fasten to the fence. If it couldn't be done, I wish they had just told me.

Super quick turnaround. Easy ordering process and the price was just right. The only thing to make this product better would have been to include instructions in box on how to fill with water/sand.
The first sign was low quality in comparison to the high quality that I provided and it came crushed in the corners. After contacting customer service, it was redone and the quality was on point. 1 star off for a 2-week turnaround for an order that was already placed. Thanks
My only complaint is that I wish there was a protective clear cover for each side of the sign to prevent early wear and tear or damage and dirt. Otherwise we are very happy with our purchase.
We did not receive the correct secondary panel. The proof was correct, but we got (2) of the "Office This Way" with diagonal arrows. The quality, timing and service was great! Any chance you could send us the correct panel? Thank you!
Sign arrived shortly after ordering. The black background offsets the picture nicely. We have already received several positive comments on the presentation.
Turned out great! But I did have a hard time communicating with the company regarding the text on the sign. Once we finally got it straightened out, the sign was exactly what I wanted and delivered very quickly!

Signs and sidewalk board are great! Board is lightweight and very sturdy. Wheels make moving it very easy. Only negative was the manner it was packaged. Signs had some damage from shipping- should have been better protected or put in backwards for shipping.

I haven't put sand or water in it but it would definitely be needed with the wind out here. Overall, I'm satisfied with the look, design, and how easy it was to assemble.
May change to 5 stars once I receive the printed signs and see how they attach and how it looks complete. The frame and signs come in different boxes / deliveries so this review may be a bit premature.
