Like the sign. It is good sized and appears to be well made. The corners are radiused so that should make it last longer. I will see how it survives the first good snow when the snowplow goes past at 50 mph and the snow smacks into it. The only thing I saw on the sign that I did not care for was that the bracket holes did not align with the holes in the sign. That means the setscrews tighten down into the surface of the sign and scrapes through it. That might leave a path for the sign reflective surface to delaminate from the aluminum base over the course of a few years leading to earlier than expected failure. Only time will tell.

Signs were great. They shipped in a reasonable time and time will determine if they hold up. Shipping packing material was sub-par one sign had a big scratch thru the pkg material that damage the sign.

I really like the sign. I ordered mine in brown and I was glad they had 5 colors to choose from; most only have green and maybe one or two additional colors. I chose the highest grade reflectivity which costs 35% more than the lowest grade but have no way of telling if it's any better than the other grades. The metal edges of the sign are rough (not sharp, just a bit coarse) and could stand to have been deburred more. These signs are 6" wide and I wish there was an option to buy one 3.5" wide so I could just install it fully on the face of a 4x4 post. Overall though, it's a good sign and I think it will work well for me.
This is a very good sign. Quality surpassed expectations. Numbers easily visible and the sign is not flimsy, but is substantial. So why 4 and not 5 stars? Though the pre-drilled holes were perfectly located to mount the sign on a standard baked green enamel outdoor signpost, they are drilled to a 3/16 inch diameter. The galvanized bolts, washers and lock washers available for easy, reasonably priced purchase are typically 5/16 diameter so can’t use them. I had some 3/16 mounting hardware lying around, but not galvanized so not outdoor grade. Though I used them, they weren’t my first choice. It would be better if the holes, which were very well located, were drilled at 5/16 diameter.
Sturdy and easy to install. I haven't had a chance to see it at night yet, so I cannot comment on its reflective properties. Came with a few scratches, nothing that inhibits the numbers, but a little disappointing.

Their customer service team was helpful as I was trying to do something custom and had to ask a few questions. The sign was as promised and was delivered on time. I did think the street name would be reflective, and it wasn't but I may have misunderstood.
Great Product. Phone ordering process less than flawless.
Phoned order in, didn’t receive a confirmation as I was told & expected so I called back over a week later only to find the agent had entered my Email incorrectly & my order had not yet been processed, got that corrected & processed then the signs were shipped to a different address than I had indicated. Eventually located the signs, just kinda bummed that it took over two weeks to complete the order due to errors made by order takers. Over all we're very happy w the quality of the signs & would not hesitate to reorder fm SmartSign again.
