The first sign got lost in the mail. Second sign arrived as indicated but had a mark on it. Kept the sign anyhow because of the hassle to have it redone.
SmartSign: So sorry that the sign had a mark. UPS shipping can, at times, damage and lose our signs. We will issue you a refund for your sign. Contact our customer service department if you want a replacement – and we will send you a new sign, for free.
The design and quality of the sign appear to be good.
The shipping packaging around the sign was flat cardboard with no protection. The sign arrived with a gouge and bent.
