House numbers weren't in the center and are too large. Since there were only 3 numbers, I purposefully shrunk them down because my husband and I were worried they would look ridiculous that large. I also made sure they were centered in my design. (I'm an artist, I can't help it!) Since we were concerned about the size of the numbers, I was delighted there was an option for an online proof. I waited and waited but was never sent one. The next thing I know, I get an email stating my order was shipped. Had I been sent a proof that looked like this, I never would have approved it. My husband and I are very disappointed, and quite frankly a little embarrassed to hang it.

The sign arrived scratched and bent. I asked SmartSign if the scratches would degrade the sign life and, after several days, received an email from Dequan Spruill asking for 7 pictures of the packaging and sign. They never answered my questions. They just made it clear that they had no interest in the fact that they sent a damaged product. Except for the scratches, the sign looks OK. I was able to straighten the bend so we will put it up. Maybe it will last, maybe it wont. I'm pretty sure Smart Sign doesn't care either way. The sign may be fine. The customer service was bad. We will not buy from them again simply because of poor customer service.
Maybe such treatment is OK in New York. It isn't acceptable here in the Midwest.

The scratches on the laminate should not be a problem outdoors, however we took an extra step by replacing the sign, it's in production already and hope to ship soon, tracking information will be provided as soon as a label is created.
I Purchase the k-3344 address sign for my mother house for emergency address sign she live a dark country road hope this help find her home when emergency happens I am very disappointed must be a defect in my sign the number do not reflect at all i read all these good reviews on you web page about these sign
