Great Service with a lot to choose from the thing that I would add if I was you guys would have an "ACCOUNT" link so customers can access invoices which is really important if you were a corporate purchaser that could have several different orders at a time. Its very time consuming to have to call customer service every time you need a copy of an invoice.
Overall process was great from start to finish. Arrived fast and on time. My only reason for 4 stars is the sign size and orientation I selected only had predrilled holes at the corners. It would be nice to be able to select where the predrilled holes could be.

Excellent quality, materials, and workmanship - and matched proof
Quality, materials, and content were excellent and as-designed. Would have given it a 5-star except for the fact that it could have been shipped with a little better packing material. Was obvious that sign had been dropped in transit and one corner had a small amount of road rash.

The sign is as ordered, however the mounting holes are in each corner and should have been centered at top and bottom so we can mount it on the pole ordered at Athens same order. We had to drill more holes.

The signs were beautiful well done and on a strong piece of aluminum. The only defect was that there was a spot of paint which was a different color on one of the signs.
Great sign. Only wish we had a choice of a different color ink for the top and bottom area instead of one color for the whole sign. However, very pleased.
