Almost perfect looks great sturdy pretty only draw back finish is pealing off 1\4' at top edge? It is less than a year old hope it gets no worse going to put a little clear nail polish on it fingers crossed it will stop it from getting any worse.
SmartSign: Thank you for the feedback. We spoke with production on the signs. The Diamond grade is not on the January order. We wanted to see what the sign read and if it's ours we can replace the order. The order placed should not had a diamond reflective material. Just the regular reflective material. We think that was an error on our part when you received it. We will replace your November order with the same diamond material.

Easy to create, many options, items arrived as promised. Signs were wonderful! Pricing was cheaper than other companies. I would recommend this company.
Four stars just because of the packaging. Found a couple areas on the face that were slightly damaged in shipping. Don't think it will effect affect the function of the sign. Just as I ordered, and fast delivery. Second time I have ordered signs and will do again as needed.

Easy step by step direction and excellent customer service
Nice customer service but very expensive. In the future I will look into a bit smaller size and less heavy material that will not fade as the price is not cost effective to our business for what I purchased them for. Other than that customer service was excellent and turn around time was great. but shipping cost also expensive due to the fact of again my not understanding that I could have requested a more light weight material with same effectiveness.

Sign itself arrived in 5 star appearance and condition, although will have to wait and see how it holds up over time and weather. A caveat about the ordering process: review the final proof carefully before you approve it! The text entered by the customer is reviewed and edited (possibly by India based employees?) and a final proof is emailed to the customer for approval. In my case,the editor had added egregious and unnecessary bullet points before and periods after each line of text on the sign, might be appropriate for a Powerpoint slide, but not a road sign. I did not check carefully and clicked the "approve" button since the text was correct, but then was able to contact the company and get it back to the way I ordered it with only a slight delay in shipping.
Really nice sign...you guys need to package a little better as my sign had a few nicks and scrapes ....not worth the hassle of returning..... otherwise I would have given you 5 stars
