Cheap packaging; very helpful customer service rep
There was a wee mess with my order even though it arrived fairly quickly. I ordered two identical sign panels and received shipping notifications that it had shipped and then delivered but I received nothing. Later that night, I received another notification that my order has been shipped and I assumed the first was a mix-up. I received my package the next day but it only contained one panel and it was damaged. I called customer service and after being transferred twice, I was connected with Jaydrien who was very nice, helpful, understood my problem, and was quick to get to a solution. I received two new panels a few days later (this time two in the same package). One still had some slight, small bends in it and a scratch at the edge, but I wasn't about to go through everything again. A big problem is that the packaging they send these panels in is quite minimal and crappy.

We needed to slow people down coming onto the property as we plowed and love the size of this sign. Thought we might need 2 but we only need one due to the size. Also we received it super fast, thank you!
