The plaque I received was great. Getting the plaque turned into a bit of an ordeal. For a company whose whole service is turning your artwork into a plaque, I would think you would have the capabilities to turn any artwork into the vector you needed. I provided a PDF that was 600 DPI and told that the resolution was too low and I needed to provide my art as a vector. No place said this before I ordered and paid for my plaque. Luckily, I have a friend who does a lot with her cricket and found a website to turn my art into a vector for free. If I can find a website to do it for free, surely a company who makes so many plaques could invest in a system to do that for its customers? I would have paid a little extra to not have had the hassle of trying to figure out how to do this because I had no idea you save an image as a svg I. Order for it to be a vector - again, I was lucky to have a friend who knew that otherwise I’d be SOL. The plaque is great once I submitted a vector. Make sure your art is a vector or they can’t make your plaque.

I was a little disappointed at how the photo turned out ... but maybe I was expecting too much!
