The first sign had a gouge in the middle when it was delivered. I called customer service and the were AWESOME, professional and expedient. They asked for a picture and then sent us a brand new replacement. It was delivered and is beautiful.
I would recommend to everyone.

This company's customer service is excellent, my sign arrived with a scratch on it. They immediately made a new sign and sent it to me and it arrived in excellent order with speedy delivery.

It was so easy to work with the design team to get the exact sign we needed for our church. They were able to use our full color logo, and format the font exactly like we wanted. The sign was shipped out within 2 days of ordering and arrived very quickly. The whole process was so easy that we plan to order more signs for our church campus.
The only down side was I incorrectly ordered a reflective sign and we didn't really need it to be reflective since it will be placed on the building. Lesson learned for next time.
