We ordered eight. All of them are beautiful, sturdy, shiny and totally satisfactory. The website is a little tricky to work with but that's because they want to make sure they get the sign right before they make it, so that's a good thing.
Ordered custom sign. Initially the delivered sign had a mounting hole obscuring a letter. Once pointed out, SmartSign quickly began a new replacement sign and it arrived very quickly. Sign is of excellent quality and the customer service is terrific.
My review: service was exceptional! Artist sent me a proof right away that I was able to approve. Shipping was lightening fast. The sign itself is lovely, and my business logo, name, and number are placed as requested with the proper colors. My only complaint, is that there is a somewhat visible white, thin line down the center-left side of the sign. I don't know what happened there, but since it will be going outside in the elements I'm not too concerned about it. I highly recommend this company!
