Terrible service
I saw the website and it looked like they might be a nice company, so I gave them a try. It was a mistake. The finished product was ok when I finally got it but the service was terrible. Took over 3 weeks to process my order and when I called they said it would be another 2 weeks longer. I had to threaten to cancel the order so they would "rush" it through in a day or two. Three days later it finally shipped. The customer service people put me on hold forever and the music playing was extremely load and irritating. It was a simple order with only the name and address printed on a blank tag. Will not buy again. There are other companies that give much better and quicker service. There are a lot of places to get tags printed in a short amount of time.
