Tried numerous times to change or upd ate my tax exemption status, with no resolution. Been tax-exempt for more than 20yrs. The accounting department wasn't any help. Finally, a young man told us (2mos) later why our form was rejected again and what rules changed. Hopefully fixed, finally!

Quality and the price is right
The cardstock is great quality and the design that I submitted was transferred and sized to fit. They absolutely serve their purpose! My only complaint is that there is a smudge/shadow on all of the tags, and i ordered 2000 of them so am stuck with this on them all which is why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. Everything is still legible and I will still be ordering from y'all in the future. Thank you!
