Great work on this sign! any suggestions as to how to get it to lay flat during painting (spray) would be appreciated.
SmartSign: Thank you for your order. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately for our stencils they are shipped rolled up. Carefully lay a heavy board or a thick book down on the unrolled stencil. Let the stencil sit under the weight for 24 hours. If the ends still start to curl after the weight is removed, let the stencil sit under the weight for another day. Another trick to use is to roll it up backwards from the way it came and let it sit awhile? It should flatten out pretty good then.

Good quality, feels like a durable thickness. Shouldn't have a problem reusing these. I nailed it to a piece of plywood that needed stencil lettering done (using finish nails). Spray painted it and peeled it back up after 3 coats. Looks good, happy with the clarity/edges.
