The sign came in just as I ordered, very happy with its look and its quality. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that their shipping packaging is not sufficient to protect the sign and one edge has a chunk out of it and one corner edge is damaged. I paid the extra for the protective coating, too. I would order from them again still
