Sign Ruined by Large Drilled Holes for Presumed Bolt Attachments
Sign lettering is as ordered, but I cannot give it an excellent rating because the attachment holes were thoughtlessly drilled through the lettering on top and too close to the lettering on the bottom, so that the head of a truss or washer-head wood screw will obscure part of the first letter of "PROPERTY" at the top and likely will overlap two letters at the bottom. Since I intend to attach this to a wooden fence with wood screws, the holes are drilled too large for my purposes -- approximately 3/8" in diameter. You need to offer customers different mounting options. I am unlikely to use this sign for the intended purpose because mounting it as pre-drilled requires too much extra effort, identifying and purchasing specialty attachments.
SmartSign: Thank you for the feedback on your order. We can't make the holes smaller and to assure the holes are not close to the text we would have to make some adjustment in the layout. We can put in a courtesy replacement and send a proof showing where the holes would be paced.
