Packaging was torn (which is probably why the sign was scratched in two places and the hardware was missing. It was a gift and as you can see from the photo...she loved it even with the flaws. I had to rebuy the hardware locally.
Signs are great...packaging and shipping; not so much.
Overall happy with the product; however the packaging wasn't the greatest...the shipping envelope the signs were packaged in was torn in two places and had a hole in it. One could blame this on the shipper (UPS), but I believe that when we paid more than $80 for shipping for 4 signs, posts and hardware kits, a better choice of packaging would be used.
SmartSign: So sorry that the package was damaged in shipment. UPS shipping can, at times, damage our signs. Contact our customer service department if you want a new sign – and we will send you a replacement sign, for free.
