Exactly what they look like in the photo. I put them on the doors of the bathrooms in the mental health facility I rent office space in so we don't walk in on each other. The other clinicians have stolen them and are using them on their doors when they have clients. Not how I intended to use them but it's ok.

Problem Solved
With one male boarder sharing one bathroom where nightlights are kept on throughout the night, it was difficult to know whether anyone was in the bathroom during the early morning hours when it really wasn't necessary to turn on the room's lights. By placing the "occupied" or "vacant" sign on the outside of the bath room door, neither of us barges into the bath room unintentionally. The sign solved our problem.
