Even though this says "Engraved Sign", it's not. Engraving implies removing material. The only depth to the text is that you can feel the raised ink. It's also super thin, I can bend it easily between thumb and forefinger. It's not worth my time to try to return, and I'm sure that being a custom order, they would deny that.
