Good signs, pleasantly surprised
We ordered these signs to replace some that had been completely botched by another company. THe signs are nameplates for our outdoor mailboxes, so they're not complicated, but all turned out good. Our phone order was handled well..all details/spellings were taken down accurately...
There was a small glitch while emailing with the layout artist about changes, and we had to approve the layout one layer short of perfection. Honestly, though, I'm a bit hard on art departments and it was only a small stylistic preference. The signs still look great for their purpose
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of both the engraving and the substrate...the fit and finish is very good.
All in all a good purchase, pleased with the result. They've gotten compliments already

Softning the edges
The edges were a little sharp and the corners really pointed and capable of causing a cut. However this means the piece was basically perfect, but a little softening of the edges and corners would be a good idea. However the company was easy to work with and the plaque perfect.

Two things would have made this perfect for me.
If I could have ordered these with a drilled hole in the end and rounded corners, it would have been perfect. I wanted to use this as a key fob and had to drill my own holes.
