The quality of the signs were good and they look really nice. The posts were not as easy to snap together as the install videos suggest and you definitely need a hammer to do it. I ran into the issue where I could not just snap them together by hand and had to use a hard surface/hammer which then bent the sharp edge meant to pierce the soil to make the install easier.
I also feel the post length is a bit too small. For any type of semi-permanent or longer-term install, you really need to drive the stake a fair bit into the ground, leaving the sign very low to the ground. There should be an optional post length so that people looking to leave the signs up and don't want them falling over can drive them in further while still having an appropriate sign height.
SmartSign: Thanks for the feedback on the order. To snap the stake together, you would align the indent and the hole on the post together until it falls into place. We only carry one size for the stake but we will pass along your message to our product managers.
