Very Disappointed !!!
Especially with Customer service , ( Nathan ) from customer service sent a follow up email asking if I was satisfied with my order, he stated that he was assigned to follow up on my order, He was completely lost when it came to my order, he sent several emails requesting the size and information about my sign, I would think if I was assigned to follow up on something I would actually review it, especially when sales order number attached to the email.
After we got the size of the sign behind us, I questioned him how could the sign I ordered and requested to be proofed by a professional end up wrong.
The Numbers were the correct size and could be easily read from the street , Unfortunately the words were so small they were unreadable, I could understand it if the sign was to small to accommodate the requested wording.
I ended up ordering a new sign, strangely enough I was sent a Proof to approve prior to production, my question is why wasn't I sent the same proof on the prior order, this mistake only cost me an additional $ 96.00.

When you choose the option for 'Once the art is tweaked, send the order immediately to production', no proof is sent. Your order was remade as a replacement free of charge and a proof was sent for approval.

I love the sign, but it came with a dent in it. I contacted the company for a new one, but I never heard back. I hesitate to even install the sign. Maybe I will buy another one from another company and contest this sale. Good luck on your purchase.
