Sign looks great, but I made a mistake by putting Dr instead of Rd on the address. When I called to see if there was anything that could be done to fix the problem, the young man said there was nothing they could do. I actually ordered two separate signs from this company with the intent of ordering more depending on how they looked. They look fantastic other than the mistake I made. But, without offering any help such as an RMA to fix the issue and charge me for the labor to correct it, I guess I’ll be shopping someplace else. I’m owning the mistake I made, I just wish they would’ve worked with me a little to correct the problem
