Our sign is perfect! Staff helping was super fast. This is a sign to honor our animals who have “crossed the Rainbow bridge,” and already SO many people, neighbors, have commented on how beautiful it is, next to the memorial elm tree we planted. Thank you SO much.
Sign looks great and high quality. I recommend that you always select the designer final review or similar terminology because they will correct the spacing and make it look better.
Perfect for our needs! We used to post our business name and hours on our building. Customization was SUPER FAST! I ordered Friday morning and got a shipping notice that evening. We have had so many compliments on it already. I was very happy with the tweaking to the design that was done so the sign would look the best. We already have a few signs from mysecuritysign.com and will certainly continue using them as our go to place for signs.
I don't normally write reviews, but I was so pleased with the product and the customer service that I felt I had to this time. I ordered custom signs and the staff at smartsign was incredible helpful and responsive, and they shipped so quickly. The finished product looked even better than I expected. I will definitely use them again!
while i LOVE the final product – 11 signs in total – i HATED the design process. the design team resides in india, making communication – written only; no live phone conversations available – very difficult. when i asked them, for example, to increase the size of a line by 1/2", and then lower it by 1", they would almost invariably get it wrong. i had to go back and forth with them literally dozens(!) of times before they could dial in what i wanted. if you use this company for anything other than the simplest of signs (like "No Parking"), i strongly suggest you hire a graphic designer first, so that you can supply them with a "vector" file. it will save you hours!!!
