The sign arrived very quickly and looked great. I would love to give 5 stars (this is my second sign) but the sign arrived with a dent. Since the sign is going to be outside, I'm not terribly upset about it. It appears the damage was done during shipping. Other than the dent, the sign was even better than I expected.

Although there were visible damage to the finish akin to stretch marks.... will keep it anyway but somewhat disappointed that it was allowed to pass inspection and sent that way . It’s kind of like if you got your car windows tinted and found s couple of bubbles in them.... that’s the difference between ”satisfied” and “completely satisfied” between ‘pretty good” and “outstanding “. Great sign. The only problem was that the mounting hole was on the design. So I have the design partially covered by a screw. But all in all very nice.

Price, finished product, agent courtesy all great, but I left off one star for some problems with my text layout instructions which took several calls and several days to straighten out. Nice job though, would do it again.
I like the sign. You can slightly see some lettering in it in 4 different parts. Not sure what it is from but its not very noticeable.
