the sign was perfect except there was a crease in the applied plastic overlay down the middle .
Signs were great. However, the shipping material used to wrap/protect the signs is totally inadequate for surviving the handling of UPS. My signs arrived with clear evidence of anything close to handling with care. The corrugated cardboard used to wrap the packages was torn on every corner. Minor damage to the signs, not worth returning only to get them mishandled again.
Although the first sign was damaged in shipment, MPS replaced it and expedited the shipping. The replacement was in perfect condition and I've already placed it in position.
Great quality and exactly what I expected. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be. I’ve had a sign out in New England weather for about 3.5 years and it’s holding up well

Price for the size and Quality was great. Shipping turn around time also great! The only suggestion I would make would be the packaging, received ours with a small bend in the bottom corner probably from shipping. Was packed between two pieces of cardboard for shipping. Otherwise would definitely order again!
I clicked on the have ur artist tweak my sign and surprise me with it, but when it arrived it had not been tweaked. I guess it’s fine cause they could have possibly made it ugly, but I was looking forward to a surprise. Other than that the sign is great.
while i LOVE the final product – 11 signs in total – i HATED the design process. the design team resides in india, making communication – written only; no live phone conversations available – very difficult. when i asked them, for example, to increase the size of a line by 1/2", and then lower it by 1", they would almost invariably get it wrong. i had to go back and forth with them literally dozens(!) of times before they could dial in what i wanted. if you use this company for anything other than the simplest of signs (like "No Parking"), i strongly suggest you hire a graphic designer first, so that you can supply them with a "vector" file. it will save you hours!!!
I love the signs I ordered. I bought them for my bosses to put up in the parking lot at work so customers would stop parking in their designated spots. I love the shape. They look much more elegant than regular square signs. I only wish they came in a smaller size. I purchased the smallest offered but they look a bit large for the parking space.
Sign is as ordered was disappointed when received first one but you’ll made it right. Excellent quality and just as I ordered turn around time was super fast

I love the sign, but I never got to “ok” the final proof. I submitted some changes, but didn’t get a chance to approve it before the order was sent through. I still love the sign even though it’s not exactly what I wanted. A high quality sign for a good price.
