Item had damage prior to packaging.
Good sign but came in with a couple of scratches on the glossy coat. Did not appear to happen while in transit. Package had no nicks, scrapes or tears. Not bad enough to return but QC should have caught it prior packaging.

good sign, risky packaging
Sign is a good value. My daughter loves it. I wish the cut edge had been deburred all around... I found a sharp spot. Packaging was just a corrugated sleeve, which is not durable enough for USPS. There was a scratch across the back side of the sign (acceptable), but if it had been on the front, I would have returned it. The corners of the sign cut through the sleeve with no damage to the sign. We were lucky; USPS is really rough on packages, so the sign needs to be better protected.
