So...how's the customer service? As good as the product!!
If everything went right, every business would have 5 stars. It's the times that things don't go quite right that brings down a lot of businesses. In my case, the sign arrived with a defect! Not good. So, I got online and went to SmartSign's website and filled out their email/customer support/contact us form. New Year's Day! Didn't expect a reply, of course, but got one (auto-generated). I replied with a picture of the sign and defect. Within 2 business days, I got an email asking that I "proof" the new sign, I did and within a day or two, was notified that the new sign (at $0.00) was being shipped. I received the replacement. It is flawless and looks great. I truly appreciate the prompt, no hassle handling of the hiccup and will definitely use SmartSign again when I need any signage for anything!!
