Love the sign!!! Its a Christmas gift for my inlaws. Only had one problem... it had one big ding and a bunch of small dings on the sign. I assume it came from the shipping as you can match up all the dings through the packaging. I'd say to either package it better or maybe mark as delicate. I would add a photo but I've already wrapped it and I'll leave it up to inlaws if they'd like me to exchange. Didn't have time to return and wait for the exchange by time we head over for Christmas. It really stinks though. On a good note I do love the sign and the reflective layer is amazing. The reflective layer actually makes the sign look better.
