I’m very happy with the sign, as usual. However, the ordering process and customer service is not what it used to be. On a two part sign or two sided sign, you can not put the artwork for each side in the initial order as we could in the past. One has to do follow up or send the second artwork separately. It took three tries to speak to someone who could get me on the right track. Then it took another week and a phone call to actually get the product produced, after art had already been approved. Very frustrating.
