So I live in a condominium community and we have some residents who are breaking rules regularly because they can get away with it! This has been very useful to remind them!!! Most have complied without any fuss! The word “warning” is full of authority!
Great Deterrent for people illegally parking in a private parking lot. I use my tickets as a reminder to those who park in the church parking lot where they know they should not be. After writing a few and placing them on the windshield of the violators, I have seen no other violations.
