they work very well, slowed the traffic down, and being the wider type they don't move much because the car isn't running into them they are driving up on them.
The spikes have a head on one end and a point on the other. The head and the point are connected by a straight piece of rebar. The instructions are fairly easy to read "The pointy end goes into the ground" but a picture or diagram would have helped.
We needed a speed bump system that would hold in place without having to be lagged down as we wanted to remove when plowing was anticipated. They are working great, hold in place reasonably well, are easy to pick up and replace. They certainly slow the traffic flow in our parking area as intended.
SLOW DOWN
Purchased six separate speed bumps and they are working nicely, much to the consternation of the speeders.
