My finished sign looks great! Artwork and sign review & approval was an easy process (just make sure to clear your cache). Only reason for a 4 star rating was my first sign was damaged in shipping (marginal packaging and rough handling). My claim was handled in a timely manner (glad I had taken pictures) & a replacement was shipped & received. Sign was shipped in a corrugated cardboard ‘envelope’ which if the cardboard gets damaged, allows for sign damage. Better packaging could prevent this. Overall very happy with sign & am excited to put it up :).
We purchased this sign as a sample. If our customer like it, we will order several more. When we received the sign is was exactly as advertised and meets our needs. I am hopeful our customer will agree.
Nice sign. Great price. Incredible people + service. The only reason I didn't get 5 stars was the print quality wasn't exactly top notch. There were vertical lines through the sign with different hues of background color, like an ink cartridge was replaced mid print. Otherwise it was great.
I had a issue with my first order as it wasn’t the same as the proof that I approved. But they took care of it very quickly and sent a redo in no time. Very good customer service and great prices. There’s still some lines from ink printing on the sign but it looks good enough from afar. I would buy from them again!
We had thought it was a bit pricey to pay for one sign, but we got 2 for the price of one, so we are golden. Did not take that long to make, approve by artist, and ship out. Over all very sat.
The lamination doesn't actually go edge to edge which is kind of disappointing. Also surprised how much extra it cost to get them without holes. Seems it should be the other way.
Otherwise, looks exactly to order and great product!!
The process was super easy. The clerk helped me lay it out and sent me proofs as agreed.
Everything went smoothly.
The only feedback its to make smaller mounting holes. The holes were huuuuge!! I had to use flat washers because every average screw was too small. It kinda affected the look.
