The sign itself is great. The materials used, the colors, the layout, the assistance I received in ordering a custom sign was all top notch. The only thing that is of concern is the packaging for shipping. The sign arrived with the corners of the packing material torn, scuffing the aluminum and bending one of the corners. Corner guards in packaging could prevent this type of damage in the future. I have ordered numerous signs from your company over the past couple of years and will continue to do so. Thank you.

Great sign; meh packaging
My finished sign looks great! Artwork and sign review & approval was an easy process (just make sure to clear your cache). Only reason for a 4 star rating was my first sign was damaged in shipping (marginal packaging and rough handling). My claim was handled in a timely manner (glad I had taken pictures) & a replacement was shipped & received. Sign was shipped in a corrugated cardboard ‘envelope’ which if the cardboard gets damaged, allows for sign damage. Better packaging could prevent this. Overall very happy with sign & am excited to put it up :).
