Overall a quality sign. Very quickly completed and shipped. Packaged well. Arrived quick. Only negative was the edges of the sign were not clean. The aluminum needs to be de-burred.

There was a small cut in the sign. Nothing major though. It was in a white space and since this sign will be on the back of a trailer, chances are it will get beat up a little so in the long run, it won't affect anything.

Great sign! I asked for another of the same sign I had just ordered, and the hole pattern that came was different. Not a huge deal but I preferred the other hole pattern. Customer service takes a few tries... when I ask multiple questions or ask for multiple changes they only respond with an answer/adjustment for one of my questions/changes (that happened EVERY time). I'm happy with the end result though!
