Worst customer service. ordered my sign and paid over $300 and still have not received it 4 weeks later. It was a supposed to ship and be delivered within 3 days and its been 28. The chat support is terrible as they don't care that your package was lost. Then they refer me to a email that takes more than a day to respond just for them to say we will make a claim instead of making it right. I will never order from this 2nd rate company again. And NO I still dont have a resolution from the company for a refund or my sign! Pathetic!
