Great Sign - Scratched Clear Protective Coating

Sign looked good, except the protective clear coat was scratched and slightly peeled up in the lower left corner. Other than that the sign looked good and ended up still using since we do not have time for replacment

Nice Sign but RIDICULOUS Shipping Amount

The sign was fine but the shipping price was RIDICULOUS. It was 50% of the sale price! Totally unnecessary to charge almost $15 for non-rush shipping. For that reason I will order again.
SmartSign: Shipping can get expensive, especially to remote or residential deliveries. UPS has put through some brutal price increases. We offer free shipping, though, for larger orders. In many cases, you can order two signs – get free shipping – and still come out ahead!

Nice sign but damaged during shipping!

I would have given a five star if it didn’t get damaged in shipping. There was a gash in the cardboard. I prayed that it was on the backside of the sign but unfortunately it was on the front side! They need to use heavier cardboard!
