Careless shipping/processing damaged my sign.
Placed the bolts on top of the sign (instead of off to the side) and then packaged it for shipping. The bolts damaged the sign. Should have put the bolts in the package off to the side- would have avoided damaging the sign. Careless.
SmartSign: So sorry for the damage. We have issued a 15% refund for the order due to minor UPS damage as we can see in the picture you sent us.
