They make great signs however their shipping department has no clue as to how to package the product to prevent it from damage during shipping. The first sign arrived bent. Packaged in a cardboard envelope thinner than that of the sign. I complained and they were very accomodating and shipped out another sign. I informed the person I spoke to that to prevent damage they should pack the sign between two pieces of corrugated cardboard but no the second sign arrived packaged and damaged the same way. It's not rocket science. If it were my company and instructions were given to the shipping department on how to package the product to prevent damage and they repeated the same mistake, the person who handled it would be out of a job and the cost of both signs deducted from their severance check. They did offer to ship yet another but you can't fix stupid and I only would have received another damaged sign. Not to mention the sign had already been given to the recipient.
