The signs came out great and I no longer have packages go missing because it is super easy for everyone to see our address! Very clearly seen at night too. I am very pleased!
2nd sign I've ordered from them. There were some hiccups in getting this one: a confusing order page where I ended up ordering the wall sign and not the yard sign with the stake that I meant to order. I had to push a bit to get a complementary 2nd sign - but customer service finally agreed to it. That sign came with the wrong address (it actually had 191 Old Mill Road on it! Sound or look familiar?! (LOL. It's the address on the signs on the website!) I called customer service again and they immediately recognized their mistake and made me a 3rd sign! 3rd time is the charm. 3rd sign arrived quickly and looks great. All's well that ends well! Because of the great customer service, I will always recommend them.

I was pleased with the assistance I received on the phone. Sign arrived as promised. Process was very efficient.
I am surprised that they do not make some of the more substantial signs that require stakes to have reflective letters. This sign is fine but we would have opted for a higher grade sign but there were none with reflective letters. The customer service rep said this was a common request. I think the company should consider this demand.

Perfect sign
The sign is perfect and was shown to the Manager of this community for other villa leasers to use if they wish to order from your firm.
We live in a rural area in the mountains and delivery trucks often have trouble finding our home. These signs were easy to put together and install on either side of our property. We have very rocky soil on our property and the recommendation from SmartSign to use a mallet sign was very helpful. Definitely recommend these signs.
