The quality of the product was great. I took 2 stars away because the packaging was poorly done. My sign came in with the corners bent. It was not worth mentioning and waiting for a new sign. The second star I reduced is because it was missing hardware to assemble the sign to the post. It came with 4 nuts, no screws or washers. I ended up buying new hardware . Other than that I have no issues with it.
SmartSign: So sorry that the corners were bent. UPS shipping can, at times, damage our signs and loses our nuts or bolts when they are shipped with our sign kits. Contact our customer service department if you want a replacement – and we will send you a new sign including hardware, for free.

Very happy with the quality of the materials and printing of the sign; less happy with how it was shipped.
Sending the sign in the same package as the yard stake led to my sign being dented in transit.
