The sign looks great but I wrote in to ask if it could be printed so the screw wasn’t in the center of a letter (I want to order more!) and nobody has gotten back to me. This was just my test order.

The 10” X 7” custom lawn signs with 18” stakes are great quality, very well-made and quite sturdy for their size. It took 3 attempts to get the custom design correct, but it was worth it because the completed signs look impressive. I greatly appreciate all the help I received from Alexis, who is very knowledgeable, patient and understood my requirements. The signs arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and I would definitely order again.
The quality of the signs I ordered and received is excellent! I uploaded my own design but the company sent me a proof with minor adjustments that made it look even better. The signs look exactly like the proof and came with everything I need. The turnaround time from order to delivery was very quick and I am so happy with the whole process. I will definitely order from SmartSign again.
Good final product - custom design process needs work
The finished product looks very good and the 40 mil aluminum makes it sturdy for its size! There is a small, barely noticeable dent on the face of the sign that's probably from shipping it with the stake and not worth having re-printed. The real problem with this sign - and the only reason for 3 stars - was how long it took to get the custom design correct. We're very grateful for the patience and perseverance of the Smartsign team, especially Alexis and Thomas, in seeing this through to a good finished product that we're very satisfied with. Alexis even went out of her way to help with a QR code! However, some changes are recommended in how the design process works to make it easier on the customer. Having a way for customers to work online with the proof themselves (as with Vistaprint business cards) on a Smartsign-generated template would be especially helpful in editing the proofs. That being said, like the other custom signs on the order, the completed sign is of excellent quality!

The 10” x 7” sign with 18” stake arrived in perfect condition, no dents, also included the screws/bolts for attaching. Professional printing, the image was crisp and looked exactly like the artwork I uploaded. This has been installed outdoors where it's exposed to the elements, and has held up to sleet. Quick delivery and great customer service too.
