Great product, perfect buying experience. The company tendered the package to the carrier, and then the carrier didn't show any movement of the product in their system for 2 days. I assumed this meant there was a problem and called the company.
Man, oh man, did they handle it perfectly. Without me asking, they said it was clear something was wrong and said they would remake the sign and ship it to me using escalated shipping. They did exactly that, and my sign arrived even earlier than it was originally intended to arrive when I ordered it, despite the shipping company's mishandling of my original order. That is what I call PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bravo, and I am now a customer for life. I don't buy that many signs, but when I do, or when I need to recommend a sign company to someone, it will always be this company. They GET IT that it's much cheaper to keep a customer than to lose one and have to replace them. So well done. Buy from them with confidence.
