The sign was okay, but....
The sign was nice, but not as heavy as you might think. The website makes it seem like it’s very heavy, but it easily bends.
As for the service, they were very responsive BEFORE the order. After placing the order, i had to email them 3 times before receiving a response. The item said it was shipped, but a week later it was still untrackable. I never got a response until it was eventually delivered on its own, but over a week late.
