Sign was as ordered EXCEPT- 4 holes, 2 screws. I realized that may seem trivial to you, but a problem for me.
Chat attempt- "Disconnected because idled too long". Maybe I will hear back later. Maybe they only had two screws. Maybe ?
I will survive.

Quality sign; shipping disaster.
The sign itself was of high quality. After the order, but before shipping, I upgraded the delivery to 2nd day. However, the shipping department sent it ground, which meant it missed a deadline for a birthday. That is the reason for the 3 stars.

Thought it Was going to be engraved ? Looks like the letters could be scratched off

Bevelled edges
It is a great plaque. However the top edge is very sharp. Going to have to sand it down.
It would have been nice to have bevelled edges on all sides. Thank you very much
