Damaged from bad packaging
The sign was fine but packaged horribly.
It was all bent when I received it. I tried to straighten it out but it still doesn’t sit flat on my door.
It was put in a flat envelope with no foam.
Should have been in a box for protection from being roughed up by the shipping company.

Great sign. Excellent quality. They even provide free service to adjust the text so it looks more beautiful and professional. Very happy about it. If this could come with suction cups to attach the sign to window, that would even better. I’m willing to pay for it instead of getting a bunch from Amazon.

SmartSign: For enhanced durability, our signs have a UV laminate and coating. This laminate also adds graffiti resistance. With over 100 years of experience in making durable aluminum signs, we have a good deal of experience with materials that last outside (and those that don’t!). Our laminated signs should last over ten years outside. If you see a failure (and this is very rare for us), we will send you a free replacement sign.
