This is a good sign, don't get me wrong, but I can only give it 4 stars (as opposed to 5 starts for my "reserved parking for building maintenance personnel only" sign, which is a stock order and made by 3M. The reason for the 4 star rating is that the custom wording sign is not quite the same color as the 'stock' sign. Even though both signs are "Engineer Grade" the reflective background on the 3M 'stock' sign is just... brighter. See attached photo. Other than that, the quality looks good out of the package.

The sign on the left is a standard part number that is produced on a line the uses reflective sheeting with a white background. The sign on the right is a custom sign that is produced on a line that uses a different reflective sheeting that has a silver background. Both signs are equally reflective with equal durability and at night time, the colors for both signs will be identical.

Sign Damaged Slightly During Shipping
The sign was exactly as I ordered it and it was delivered when promised. The sign was for a parking space on the limited alley parking area behind my church. The only problem is that somewhere along the shipment route, the sign wad damaged, being bent on one corner. I was able the bend the sign back far enough so that I could use it. I had to use two 1" X 2" wood blocks and a rubber mallet to gently bend it back flat enough to be mounted on the outside sall of my church. It looks okay, but you can tell jt was damaged. The sign was shipped in a heavy-duty paper envelope and this manner of packaging probably usually works fine. The method of shipping was UPS with local delivery by USPS.

Good Quality
I did like the signs I would have loved them I guess if it was one word stacked on the other for all 4 but they will do the job for us
I love the sign itself it ... but it took three or four times to get it right and for that reason I cannot give it 5 stars.
Everyone was courteous ...seemed genuinely concerned.
