Gold lettering flaked off out of box
The weight and materials used were very good, however the gold on the frame and lettering pealed off as I removed the packaging. Need it now so won’t return, but thought it would be more robust for an outdoor sign. I appreciated the communication updates for delivery delays.

Good quality, easy to assemble and put up, looks really nice (it is small, but I knew that). I do wish it permitted two screws rather than one. I have to go around re-tightening the single screw so it does not go catty-wampus.

The packing material is very difficult to remove from the signs

good, with a quirk
it's a little strange in it's mounting system, 2 holes vertically in the sign, but only enough stake to use the bottom hole. If no one steals it, we'll see how it holds up to a year of tropical climate! Nice looking sign.
