Well made, very sturdy sign and stake....easy to attach to the stake and firmly place in the ground. These are NOT flimsy....Glad I got one for my front AND back yard.

In my area, businesses and property owners must explicitly post NO TRESPASSING for No Trespassing laws to be evoked and to take effect. Trespassers are now warned and cannot deny they were advised and warned.
Would suggest taking a photo of the signs posted and where in case of vandalism or perpetrator/property trespassers attempt remove the signs after arrest to destroy evidence they were property notified.
