Very high quality. This isn’t our first purchase and our other order has worked out perfectly. I hadn’t planned on buying more signs until the neighbor had a huge party and two cars blocked my driveway. Some people are unbelievably ignorant, rude and inconsiderate.
We live by a school and have a hard time keeping people from blocking our driveway in the afternoon. This sign has helped a lot especially since it is so official looking.

This sign is beautiful. I got the high reflective sign which is bright in the dark! It appears to be manufactured with high quality materials. I am glad I spent extra for the high reflectiveness. FYI: There is small lettering in the bottom of the sign- "smartsign.com" with a few numbers. You can barely make it out in the picture (i now notice it in retrospect).
This unnecessary text make the sign appear unofficial. The website description should indicate that this lettering in included. Full disclosure please!
Yes, however, I wish it had an arrow pointing to where not to park. The people who park in front of my driveway are dense, they need as much visual instruction as possible.
