Very happy with the sign & your customer service. When my order arrived, a portion of the installation stake was missing. Customer service took immediate action and kept me informed. Before I knew it, the missing part was delivered to my door and I would definitely use this company again!
The sign arrived with a small gash in the sign and the paint on the gash was damaged.
SmartSign: So sorry that the package was damaged in shipment. UPS shipping can, at times, can damage our signs. Contact our customer service department if you want a new sign – and we will send you a replacement sign, for free.
